Holiday Sing-a-long

Join us on December 17, at 8:15, for our annual Holiday Sing-a-Long! This special tradition brings together all grade levels to share the joy of the season through song. Each grade will perform a festive tune, filling the air with music and cheer. It’s a heartwarming event that celebrates our students’ talents and the spirit of the season, one you won’t want to miss!

Cookies with Cottingham

Celebrate the season with Cookies with Cottingham on December 17, immediately following the Holiday Sing-a-Long! Join us for a festive morning of delicious treats, friendly conversation, and a chance to connect with other families. It’s a sweet way to share in the seasonal cheer, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Holiday Sweater

Show your festive spirit on December 17 by wearing your favorite holiday sweater! Bright, cheerful, or fun and silly, any holiday sweater is perfect for celebrating the season.

Earthquake Drill

We will conduct an earthquake drill on December 18 at 8:45 AM. Students and staff will practice “Drop, Cover, and Hold On” and then safely evacuate to designated areas. This drill helps ensure everyone is prepared in the event of an actual earthquake.

Pajama Day

Get cozy and show your school spirit on December 19 for Pajama Day! Students can wear their favorite pajamas and enjoy a fun, comfy day on campus.

Every Jaguar Counts Assembly

Join us for our Every Jaguar Counts Assembly on December 19 at 8:00 AM! We will be celebrating November and December’s Student of the Month. Students will also be showing off their moves with the Macarena. Parents are welcome to join, cheer, and even dance along. It’s a lively way to honor our Jaguar community and have some fun together!

Minimum Day

On December 19, there will be an early release for all students in TK-5th grade. Dismissal will be at 12:10 PM. Please make arrangements for your child's pick-up at this earlier time. Thank you for your cooperation!

Winter Break

Winter Break will be from December 22 through January 5. School will resume on January 6. We hope our students and families enjoy this special time of rest, reflection, and celebration. Wishing you all a joyful and peaceful holiday season!

School of Choice Registration

The School of Choice application window for the 2026-2027 school year is open now through January 30. If you’d like your child to attend a school other than their school of residence, now is the time to apply. A separate application is required for each student, and placements are determined through a random, unbiased lottery. Please remember, applications must be submitted by January 30. Any applications received after this date will not be accepted. Please visit eusd.org to complete your application.

For Current Juniper Families:

If you have a new incoming TK or Kindergarten student, please complete the School of Choice application if your current Juniper student is already attending on a SOC approval. Each new student must submit a separate application to be considered in the lottery.
